    Zoe has a willingness and desire to constantly learn. All of her sessions link directly to your watch, which makes following her personalised programs super easy (and enjoyable!).

    As a mum of four, working part time and juggling all the things, Zoe has helped me to believe and achieve. She helped me train smarter and be more intuitive to my body and its needs. Her support, guidance and expansive knowledge, drove me to complete three marathons in one year - and reach sub 3 hour goal for the first time. An incredible dream.

    I’ve been coached by Zoë at Connect Performance for the past two years and the transformation in my running has been incredible. I started as a determined endurance athlete simply aiming to complete the 50km UTA, and with Zoe’s guidance, I’ve not only smashed my marathon PB by 20 minutes but also progressed to a 60km ultra.
